come argento, oro, rutenio, platino, palladio e
rodio, esiste fondamentalmente la possibilità che il rivestimento del metallo si danneggi dopo un uso prolungato e che la piastra di base in bronzo o titanio diventi visibile. Ciò non altera in alcun modo l'effetto energetico. In caso di difetto di produzione, siamo in grado di riconoscerlo e di offrire una sostituzione entro i termini della garanzia. Tuttavia, se il prodotto non è stato curato, è necessario tenere presente che in caso di danneggiamento non sarà possibile ottenere alcun rimborso. Contattateci comunque immediatamente anche in caso di danni causati da voi stessi, in modo da poter trovare rapidamente una soluzione comune. Per evitare che ciò accada, leggete qui i singoli passaggi della cura, in modo da poter mantenere il più possibile la qualità dei prodotti, poiché i segni di usura, come lievi graffi, sono del tutto normali.

Cura passo dopo passo

1° passo: decalcificazione con acido citrico

Come base per ogni pulizia, è necessario prima rimuovere il calcare dal prodotto. A seconda del contenuto di calcare nelle diverse regioni, è necessario eseguire questa operazione con frequenza variabile, motivo per cui non possiamo fornire una raccomandazione generale. Tuttavia, è consigliabile verificare ogni poche settimane se è nuovamente necessario eseguire questa operazione. Più spesso viene eseguita, più facile e veloce sarà la pulizia.

Per prima cosa, smontare il Trinity o il ToneOne e qualsiasi combinazione
oppure svitare la piastra doccia dalla campana. Prendere una ciotola di vetro
, riempirla con circa 5 cm di acqua calda (circa 200-400 ml),
aggiungere un cucchiaino di acido citrico puro (ad es. HEITMANN) e mescolare brevemente. Lasciare i prodotti nell'acqua per 5-15 minuti, a seconda del grado di sporco. Quindi risciacquare con acqua pulita.

Importante! Non utilizzare acido acetico, essenze di aceto, prodotti a base di aceto o altri detergenti, poiché questi aggrediscono o addirittura distruggono i metalli e i cristalli.

Attenzione! Nel caso di prodotti contenenti calcare come larimar, lapislazzuli e azzurrite-malachite, le pietre preziose si dissolvono a contatto con l'acido citrico. Se immergete solo la piastra di risonanza della doccia nell'acqua con acido citrico, potete comunque pulire la piastra. Assicuratevi di riempire la vaschetta con solo 1 cm d'acqua, in modo che la piastra di risonanza sia a contatto con l'acqua, ma non la pietra calcarea.

Consiglio! Per evitare depositi di calcare causati dall'acqua stagnante, consigliamo di asciugare l'ugello a fascio una volta al giorno o il piatto doccia dopo la doccia con un panno in cotone morbido, pulito e privo di polvere, possibilmente con un panno in microfibra (
). Per rimuovere l'acqua dal tubo della doccia con un clic, nel nostro negozio offriamo anche un connettore Nito.

Nota sui prodotti in bronzo: i prodotti in bronzo puro e quelli con rivestimento galvanico danneggiato possono presentare ossidazione verde, molto simile visivamente al verderame. Il verderame si forma però solo a contatto con l'aceto.

2° passo: pulizia con Hagerty Silver & Multimetal foam

I metalli possono ossidarsi e questo, insieme al calcare, può causare ulteriori contaminazioni. Per questo esiste Silver & Multimetal Foam di Hagerty. Con la spugna in dotazione, la schiuma può essere applicata delicatamente fino a formare una schiuma. Lasciarla agire fino a quando non si sarà asciugata, quindi risciacquare la schiuma sotto l'acqua corrente con la spugna. Questa schiuma è adatta a tutti i metalli e, se utilizzata regolarmente, è normalmente sufficiente.

3° passo: pulizia con detergenti specifici per metalli

Può capitare che, in caso di manutenzione insufficiente o talvolta anche a seconda della qualità dell'acqua della zona, si verifichino sporcizie più intense che richiedono quindi una manutenzione più accurata.

Per l'argento e i metalli rutenio, platino, palladio e rodio consigliamo Hagerty Silver Polish. È possibile applicare il prodotto con un cotton fioc o un dischetto di cotone, lasciandolo agire fino a quando non si sarà asciugato. Risciacquare il prodotto sotto l'acqua corrente con una spugna o un panno molto morbido.

Per l'oro, che in alcune circostanze può presentare macchie brunastre, Hagerty offre il prodotto Gold Clean. Se le dimensioni lo consentono, il prodotto viene prima immerso nel liquido
. Successivamente, è possibile pulire nuovamente
con un panno morbido, precedentemente immerso nel liquido, sulle zone ossidate con movimenti circolari. Se si pulisce un piatto doccia, è possibile saltare il primo passaggio e lucidare direttamente il piatto con il panno imbevuto.

Per il bronzo, che è particolarmente delicato, Hagerty offre anche il prodotto Copper, Brass & Bronze Polish. Il bronzo è resistente, quindi è possibile applicare una pressione leggermente maggiore rispetto ai prodotti galvanizzati. Applicare il prodotto, lasciarlo agire fino a quando non si è asciugato e quindi risciacquarlo con una spugna morbida sotto l'acqua corrente.

The first difference is the design. The Okato Nature water filter has a wooden head and base, is more solid, has a longer, thicker spout, and a wider base.

The Okato Style water filter has a plastic head and a narrower base. The spout is thinner and shorter. It's smaller and lighter overall, which is advantageous for travel, use in a camper van, or small kitchens.

The Okato Nature water filter, on the other hand, is well suited for use with multi-level aerators or kitchen sinks with very wide rims.

Basically, let the water run through until it's cool (the same temperature as straight from the tap). Depending on the filter type, this can be up to 10 liters. If you're away for 3-4 weeks or longer, the cartridges can be stored in the refrigerator. For under-counter models, this means: Turn off the water supply, remove the cartridges, twist them out, wrap them airtight in cling film, and place them in the refrigerator. The cartridges can be stored there for up to four months and then reused. Filter replacement will then be extended by the storage time.
