不過，像銀、金、釕、鉑、鈀和銠這些電鍍的共振板，用久了可能會出現鍍層磨損，露出下面的青銅或鈦金底板。但這並不會影響它的能量效果喔！如果是產品本身的製造瑕疵，我們一定會負責，並在保固期內提供更換。但如果產品是因為沒有好好保養而損壞，那可能就無法退款了。不過，就算是不小心自己弄壞的，也請您立刻跟我們聯絡，我們會盡快幫您找到解決辦法。為了避免這種情況發生，建議您參考這裡的保養步驟，這樣才能盡可能地維持產品的品質，畢竟輕微的刮痕等使用痕跡都是很正常的啦！

逐步保養

第一步：用檸檬酸除水垢

每次清潔前，產品都要先除水垢。因為每個地區的水質硬度不同，水垢含量也不一樣，所以我們沒辦法給出一個通用的建議。不過，你可以每隔幾週檢查一下是不是該除水垢了。越常清潔，水垢就越容易去除，清潔起來也越快喔。

首先，把你的 Trinity 或 ToneOne，還有其他組合配件拆開，或是把蓮蓬頭的面板從主體上轉下來。
準備一個玻璃碗，倒入大約 5 公分高的溫水（大約 200-400 毫升），
然後加入一茶匙純檸檬酸（例如 HEITMANN 牌的），稍微攪拌一下。根據髒污程度，讓產品在水裡浸泡 5-15 分鐘。之後再用清水沖洗乾淨。

重要提醒！請不要使用醋酸、醋精、任何含醋的產品或其他清潔劑，因為它們可能會腐蝕甚至損壞金屬和水晶喔。

注意！如果你的產品含有石灰石，像是海紋石、青金石和藍銅礦-孔雀石，檸檬酸會讓這些寶石溶解。如果你只是把蓮蓬頭的共振板放入檸檬酸水中，還是可以清潔的。請務必注意，碗裡的水只要裝 1 公分高就好，這樣共振板能接觸到水，但石灰石就不會碰到了。

小撇步！為了避免積水造成水垢堆積，我們建議你每天擦拭一次噴嘴，或者在淋浴後用一塊
盡量無塵、乾淨又柔軟的棉布擦乾蓮蓬頭面板。如果你想輕鬆地把蓮蓬頭軟管裡的水排掉，我們的商店也有販售 Nito 快速接頭喔。

青銅產品小提醒：純青銅產品或電鍍層受損的青銅產品，可能會出現綠色氧化，看起來很像銅綠。但其實銅綠只會在接觸到醋的時候才會產生喔。

第二步：使用 Hagerty 銀飾與多種金屬清潔泡沫

金屬可能會氧化，除了水垢之外，這也會造成產品髒污。這時候就可以用 Hagerty 的銀飾與多種金屬清潔泡沫。你可以用附贈的海綿輕輕沾取泡沫，直到它起泡。讓泡沫停留到乾燥，然後再用海綿在流動的水下沖洗乾淨。這款泡沫適用於所有金屬，只要定期保養，通常就夠用了。

第三步：使用專用金屬清潔劑

有時候如果保養不夠，或者也可能因為當地水質的關係，產品會出現比較嚴重的髒污，這時候就需要更仔細的清潔保養了。

如果是銀，以及釕、鉑、鈀和銠這些金屬，我們推薦你使用 Hagerty 銀飾亮光劑。你可以用棉花棒或化妝棉輕輕沾取亮光劑。讓它停留到乾燥，然後再用非常柔軟的海綿或布在流動的水下沖洗乾淨。

如果是黃金，有時候可能會出現棕色斑點，這時候可以使用 Hagerty 的黃金清潔劑。如果產品大小允許，可以先把它浸泡在清潔液中。
接著，再用一塊沾有清潔液的軟布，以畫圓的方式擦拭氧化的地方，加強清潔。
如果你要清潔蓮蓬頭面板，可以跳過浸泡這一步，直接用沾濕的布擦亮面板就好。

至於特別容易氧化的青銅，Hagerty 也有推出 銅、黃銅與青銅亮光劑。青銅材質比較堅固，所以你可以比清潔電鍍產品時稍微多用點力。塗上亮光劑後，讓它停留到乾燥，然後再用柔軟的海綿在流動的水下沖洗乾淨。

The water filter devices have the same performance because the same filter cartridge
is used.

The first difference is the design. The Okato Nature water filter has a wooden head and base, is more solid, has a longer, thicker spout, and a wider base.

The Okato Style water filter has a plastic head and a narrower base. The spout is thinner and shorter. It's smaller and lighter overall, which is advantageous for travel, use in a camper van, or small kitchens.

The Okato Nature water filter, on the other hand, is well suited for use with multi-level aerators or kitchen sinks with very wide rims.

Yes, the Aquadea water filters also remove drug residues.
The filter performance is between 82% and 98%

Basically, let the water run through until it's cool (the same temperature as straight from the tap). Depending on the filter type, this can be up to 10 liters. If you're away for 3-4 weeks or longer, the cartridges can be stored in the refrigerator. For under-counter models, this means: Turn off the water supply, remove the cartridges, twist them out, wrap them airtight in cling film, and place them in the refrigerator. The cartridges can be stored there for up to four months and then reused. Filter replacement will then be extended by the storage time.

All our products have a thread with the thread size M22 internal thread.
So you need a threaded connection of M22 external thread on your faucet.
If you need a different thread, we offer numerous adapters to make the transition from your thread to our water swirlers or the "Okato" countertop filter.

The ToneOne has an implosion vortex chamber, reducing the flow rate to approximately 3.8 liters per minute. The Trinity has three implosion vortex chambers, reducing the flow rate to approximately 11.4 liters per minute. This, of course, depends on the water pressure at the tap.

Activated carbon filtration does not remove minerals from the water.

For this reason, there is no difference in conductivity between activated carbon-filtered water and your tap water.
