The slim, elegant, anodized aluminum housing houses a powerful 0.2 micrometer hollow fiber membrane germ barrier: With 99.999% filtration efficiency, legionella, bacteria, and germs have just as little chance as rust, sand, and other sediment particles.
The total filter surface of 1 square meter guarantees a flow rate of 20 liters per minute and thus belongs to the absolute premium class among Legionella & bacteria filters.
The 1.6 kilogram light legionella filter, manufactured in our own factory, can be put into operation in just 1-2 minutes without any tools or additional installation accessories.
The sturdy aluminum construction with anodized protective layer guarantees smooth water flow without leakage problems.
The horizontal water flow ensures stability and minimal space requirements. The free stainless steel flexible hose included allows for easy connection even in unusual on-site situations.

New shower hose: 
We recommend using a new shower hose when purchasing the Aquadea membrane shower filter to ensure that the water reaches you germ-free after filtering. Old shower hoses are often a source of biofilm and thus germs. We offer a cost-effective solution <here> in our online shop.
Nito connector set: 
For a germ-free shower hose, we also recommend our Nito connector set. This set, consisting of a coupling and connector, connects your shower hose to the Aquadea membrane shower filter and can be clicked on and off in seconds. This allows you to drain any residual water from the hose after showering. This prevents stagnant water in the shower hose and prevents germ growth.

The water filter devices have the same performance because the same filter cartridge
is used.
The first difference is the design. The Okato Nature water filter has a wooden head and base, is more solid, has a longer, thicker spout, and a wider base.
The Okato Style water filter has a plastic head and a narrower base. The spout is thinner and shorter. It's smaller and lighter overall, which is advantageous for travel, use in a camper van, or small kitchens.
The Okato Nature water filter, on the other hand, is well suited for use with multi-level aerators or kitchen sinks with very wide rims.

The filter performance is between 82% and 98%
Basically, let the water run through until it's cool (the same temperature as straight from the tap). Depending on the filter type, this can be up to 10 liters. If you're away for 3-4 weeks or longer, the cartridges can be stored in the refrigerator. For under-counter models, this means: Turn off the water supply, remove the cartridges, twist them out, wrap them airtight in cling film, and place them in the refrigerator. The cartridges can be stored there for up to four months and then reused. Filter replacement will then be extended by the storage time.
