, como plata, oro, rutenio, platino, paladio y
rodio, existe la posibilidad de que, tras un uso prolongado, el recubrimiento del metal se dañe y quede visible la placa base de bronce o titanio. Esto no altera en absoluto el efecto energético. Si se trata de un defecto de fabricación, lo detectaremos y le ofreceremos un reemplazo dentro de la garantía. Sin embargo, si el producto no se ha cuidado adecuadamente, no se le reembolsará el importe en caso de daños. No obstante, póngase en contacto con nosotros inmediatamente, incluso en caso de daños causados por usted mismo, para que podamos encontrar rápidamente una solución conjunta. Para evitar que esto ocurra, lea aquí los pasos individuales para el cuidado del producto, de modo que pueda mantener la calidad de los productos en la medida de lo posible, ya que los signos de uso, como pequeños arañazos, son completamente normales.

Cuidados paso a paso

Paso 1: Descalcificar con ácido cítrico

Como base de cualquier limpieza, primero debe eliminar la cal del producto. Dependiendo del contenido de cal en las diferentes regiones, deberá realizar este proceso con diferente frecuencia, por lo que no podemos dar una recomendación general al respecto. Sin embargo, debe comprobar cada pocas semanas si ha llegado el momento de volver a hacerlo. Cuanto más regularmente se haga, más fácil y rápida será la limpieza.

Primero, desmonte su Trinity o ToneOne, así como cualquier combinación de
, o desenrosque la placa de ducha de la campana. Tome un recipiente de vidrio
, llénelo con unos 5 cm de agua tibia (aproximadamente 200-400 ml),
añada una cucharadita de ácido cítrico puro (por ejemplo, HEITMANN) y remueva brevemente. Deje los productos en remojo en el agua entre 5 y 15 minutos, dependiendo del grado de suciedad. A continuación, enjuague con agua limpia.

¡Importante! No utilice ácido acético, esencias de vinagre, productos a base de vinagre ni otros productos de limpieza, ya que estos atacan o incluso destruyen los metales y los cristales.

¡Atención! En el caso de productos con piedras calizas como larimar, lapislázuli y azurita-malaquita, las piedras preciosas se disuelven con el ácido cítrico. Si solo sumerge la placa de resonancia de una ducha en agua con ácido cítrico, podrá limpiarla. Asegúrese de llenar el recipiente con solo 1 cm de agua, de modo que la placa resonante esté en contacto con el agua, pero no la piedra caliza.

¡Consejo! Para evitar los depósitos de cal causados por el agua estancada, recomendamos secar la boquilla múltiple una vez al día o la placa de ducha después de ducharse con un paño de algodón limpio, suave y sin polvo, como un paño de cocina (
). Para eliminar el agua de la manguera de la ducha con un solo clic, también ofrecemos un conector Nito en nuestra tienda.

Nota sobre los productos de bronce: los productos de bronce puro y los productos de bronce con galvanoplastia dañada pueden sufrir oxidación verde, muy similar visualmente al verdín. Sin embargo, el verdín solo se forma por contacto con el vinagre.

Paso 2: Limpieza con espuma Hagerty Silver & Multimetal

Los metales pueden oxidarse y esto, junto con la cal, puede provocar más suciedad. Para ello existe la espuma Silver & Multimetal Foam de Hagerty. Con la esponja adjunta, se puede aplicar la espuma con cuidado hasta que haga espuma. Déjela actuar hasta que se seque y, a continuación, aclare la espuma con agua corriente y la esponja. Esta espuma es adecuada para todos los metales y, con un cuidado regular, suele ser suficiente.

Paso 3: Limpieza con productos específicos para metales

Puede ocurrir que, debido a un cuidado insuficiente o, en ocasiones, dependiendo de la calidad del agua de la zona, se produzca una mayor suciedad, lo que requerirá un cuidado más intensivo.

Para la plata y los metales rutenio, platino, paladio y rodio, recomendamos el producto Hagerty Silver Polish. Puede aplicar el producto con cuidado con un bastoncillo de algodón o un disco de algodón. Déjelo actuar hasta que se seque. Aclare el producto con agua corriente y una esponja o un paño muy suave.

Para el oro, que en determinadas circunstancias puede presentar manchas marrones, Hagerty ofrece el producto Gold Clean. Para ello, primero se sumerge el objeto en el líquido
, si su tamaño lo permite. A continuación, se puede limpiar de nuevo
con un paño suave, previamente humedecido en el líquido, realizando movimientos circulares sobre las zonas oxidadas. Si va a limpiar una placa de ducha, puede saltarse el primer paso y pulir la placa directamente con el paño humedecido.

Para el bronce, que es especialmente delicado, Hagerty también ofrece el producto Copper, Brass & Bronze Polish. El bronce es resistente, por lo que se puede trabajar con un poco más de presión que con los productos galvanizados. Aplique el producto, déjelo actuar hasta que se seque y, a continuación, aclárelo con una esponja suave bajo el grifo.

The first difference is the design. The Okato Nature water filter has a wooden head and base, is more solid, has a longer, thicker spout, and a wider base.

The Okato Style water filter has a plastic head and a narrower base. The spout is thinner and shorter. It's smaller and lighter overall, which is advantageous for travel, use in a camper van, or small kitchens.

The Okato Nature water filter, on the other hand, is well suited for use with multi-level aerators or kitchen sinks with very wide rims.

Basically, let the water run through until it's cool (the same temperature as straight from the tap). Depending on the filter type, this can be up to 10 liters. If you're away for 3-4 weeks or longer, the cartridges can be stored in the refrigerator. For under-counter models, this means: Turn off the water supply, remove the cartridges, twist them out, wrap them airtight in cling film, and place them in the refrigerator. The cartridges can be stored there for up to four months and then reused. Filter replacement will then be extended by the storage time.
