Leitungswasser wird durch die Rohre gepresst und hat keine Verbindung zur Natur. Bei normalen Duschen tritt dieses tote Leitungswasser aus. Bei uns fließt das Wasser aber vor dem Auftreffen auf die Haut durch unsere Kristallwirbel® Kammern, bei denen das Wasser durch eine definierte Wirbelbewegung in einzelne Mikrowirbel überführt wird, damit in eine höhere Ordnung gelangt und weniger Platz benötigt. Dadurch entsteht ein Vakuum, sodass das Wasser plötzlich nicht mehr gepresst, sondern gesogen wird. So erhält das Wasser wieder einen freien Fluss, seine ursprüngliche Form, wie es in der Natur vorkommt. Es ist frei von alter Information und nimmt bei der Führung durch die heilige Geometrie diese neue Schwingung und auch die des Kristalls in sich auf. Sie können den Unterschied spüren.

Nach unserer Erfahrung und vielen Erfahrungsberichten unserer Kunden können wir folgendes berichten, jedoch nicht garantieren. Das Haar kann viel weicher werden und man benötigt weniger Shampoo. Die Kopfhaut spannt weniger. Das Hautbild kann sich verbessern, Schuppenflechte oder Neurodermitis kann verringert werden. Man benötigt generell weniger Pflegeprodukte, da das verwirbelte Wasser für eine bessere Feuchtigkeitsbalance auf der Haut sorgt.

Die Resonanzplatten unserer Duschen haben 5, 6 oder 7 Kristallwirbel® Kammern und unterscheiden sich im Sprühbild:

• 5: Rather gentle and enveloping—like standing in front of a waterfall
• 6: "Rich" feeling on the skin, slightly stronger spray than the 5
• 7: Powerful and massaging: like standing under a waterfall.

Daher unterscheidet sich auch die Durchflussrate etwas:

• 5: 6-12 liters/min (good for lower water pressure in your home)
• 6-cylinder: 7-13 liters/min
• 7 Series: 8-14 liters/min

Die Anordnung der Kristallwirbel® Kammern zueinander unterscheidet sich ebenfalls, ist aber immer nach der heiligen Geometrie, also der Naturgeometrie aufgebaut:

• 5: Flower of Life
• 6er: Venusblume (Pentagram)
• 7: Flower of Life

Die Kristalle werden gereinigt, geschliffen und bei uns vor Ort in der Manufaktur von negativen Energien befreit. Vor jedem Einbau in eine Dusche, Wirbler oder Sonstiges wird nochmals geprüft, ob alles in einer guten Harmonie ist und dann erst verbaut.

Sagittarius: Amethyst, aventurine, chalcedony, chrysocolla, lapis lazuli, obsidian, sodalite, opal.

Capricorn: Rock crystal, jasper, moonstone, black tourmaline, obsidian, smoky quartz.

Aquarius: Aquamarine, chrysocolla, fluorite, blue topaz, turquoise.

Fish: Aquamarine, amethyst, jade, coral, moonstone, violet fluorite, turquoise.

Wir von AQUADEA können Ihnen 2 Jahre Garantie auf unser Produkt geben. Bei
galvanisierten Resonanzplatten wie Silber, Gold, Ruthenium, Platin, Palladium und Rhodium gibt es grundsätzlich die Möglichkeit, dass die Beschichtung des Metalls nach längerer Nutzung verletzt ist und die Grundplatte Bronze oder Titan sichtbar wird. Dies ändert nichts an der energetischen Wirkung. Bei einem Produktionsfehler können wir dies erkennen und auch innerhalb der Garantie Ersatz anbieten. Wenn das Produkt allerdings nicht gepflegt wurde, müssen Sie damit rechnen, dass Sie bei einer Beschädigung keine Erstattung erhalten. Kontaktieren Sie uns dennoch auch bei selbstverursachten Beschädigungen umgehend, sodass wir schnell eine gemeinsame Lösung finden. Damit es jedoch gar nicht erst dazu kommt, lesen Sie hier die einzelnen Schritte der Pflege, damit Sie die Qualität der Produkte weitestgehend erhalten können, denn Gebrauchsspuren, wie leichte Kratzer, sind völlig normal.

Care step by step

Step 1: Descaling with citric acid

As a basis for any cleaning, you should first remove limescale from the product. Depending on the limescale content in different regions, you will need to carry out this process at varying intervals, which is why we cannot give a general recommendation here. However, you should check every few weeks to see if it is time again. The more regularly this is done, the easier and quicker the cleaning will be.

First, unscrew your Trinity or ToneOne and any combinations
or unscrew the shower plate from the bell. Take a
glass bowl, fill it with warm water to a height of about 5 cm (approx. 200-400 ml),
add a teaspoon of pure citric acid (e.g., HEITMANN) and stir briefly. Leave the items in the water for 5-15 minutes, depending on how dirty they are. Then rinse with clean water.

Important! Do not use acetic acid, vinegar essences, vinegar-based products, or other cleaning agents, as these will attack or even destroy the metals and crystals.

Please note: Products containing limestone such as larimar, lapis lazuli, and azurite-malachite will dissolve in citric acid. If you only place the resonance plate of a shower in water with citric acid, you can still clean the plate. Make sure you only fill the bowl with 1 cm of water so that the resonance plate is in contact with the water, but not the limestone.

Tip! To prevent limescale deposits caused by standing water, we recommend drying the shower head once a day or the shower tray after showering with a
preferably dust-free, clean, and soft cotton cloth. To remove the water from the shower hose with a single click, we also offer a Nito connector in our shop.

Note for bronze products: Pure bronze products and bronze products with damaged electroplating may develop green oxidation, which is very similar in appearance to verdigris. However, verdigris only forms through contact with vinegar.

Step 2: Cleaning with Hagerty Silver & Multimetal foam

Metals can oxidize, which can lead to further contamination in addition to limescale. Hagerty's Silver & Multimetal Foam is the perfect solution for this. Using the sponge provided, the foam can be gently dabbed on until it foams. Leave it to work until it has dried, then rinse off the foam under running water with the sponge. This foam is suitable for all metals and is usually sufficient for regular care.

Step 3: Cleaning with metal-specific cleaning agents

Insufficient care or, in some cases, regional water quality may result in heavier soiling, which then requires more intensive care.

For silver and metals such as ruthenium, platinum, palladium, and rhodium, we recommend Hagerty Silver Polish. You can carefully dab on the polish with a cotton swab or cotton pad. Leave it on until it dries. Wash off the polish under running water with a very soft sponge or cloth.

For gold, which may develop brownish spots under certain circumstances, Hagerty offers its Gold Clean product. To use it, first place the item in the
liquid, if its size allows.
can then be cleaned again on the oxidized areas using a soft cloth that has been dipped in the liquid, using circular movements. If you are cleaning a shower tray, you can skip the first step and polish the tray directly with the soaked cloth.

For bronze, which is particularly susceptible to damage, Hagerty also offers Copper, Brass & Bronze Polish. Bronze is robust, which means that you can apply a little more pressure than with galvanized products. Apply the polish, leave it to work until it has dried, and then rinse it off with a soft sponge under running water.
