Solo - Change every six months: K7B or Aquadea - Q1 / with 0.1 micrometer germ barrier

Duo - Following the water flow, semi-annually: K7 or Aquadea - Q8; semi-annually: K7B or Aquadea - Q1 / with germ barrier 0.1 micrometer

Trio - Following the water flow, every six months: K7 or Aquadea - Q8; every six months: K7 or Aquadea - Q8 medium-

The difference lies primarily in the design. The Okato Nature water filter has a wooden head and base, is more solid, has a longer, thicker spout, and a wider base.

The Okato Style water filter has a plastic head and a narrower base. The spout is thinner and shorter. It is smaller and lighter overall, which is advantageous for traveling or for use in motorhomes or small kitchens.

The Okato Nature water filter, on the other hand, is well suited for use with multi-level swirlers or kitchen sinks with very wide rims.

Yes, Aquadea water filters also remove medication residues.
The filter performance here is between 82% and 98%.

Always let the water run until it is cool (same temperature as directly from the tap); depending on the type of filter, this can be up to 10 liters. If you are away for 3-4 weeks or longer, the cartridges can be stored in the refrigerator. This means: for under-sink models, shut off the water supply, remove the cartridges, unscrew them, wrap them airtight in cling film and place them in the refrigerator. The cartridges can be stored here for up to four months and then reused. The filter change is then extended by the storage time.

All our products have an M22 internal thread.
This means you need an M22 external thread connection on your tap.
If you have a different thread, we offer a range of adapters to connect your thread to our water swirlers or the "Okato" tabletop filter.

The ToneOne has one implosion vortex chamber, which reduces the flow rate to approx. 3.8 l per minute. The Trinity has three implosion vortex chambers, with a flow rate of approx. 11.4 l per minute. This naturally depends on the water pressure at the point of use.

Information about Aquadea Crystal Vortex® chamber technology

Vinegar can damage the alloy of the Aquadea shower; please use citric acid only.

To do this, unscrew the shower plate or swirler and place them in a hot citric acid bath for 10-15 minutes.

Optionally, leave overnight if heavily soiled.

To do this, use a small bowl, hot water, and 1 to 1.5 tablespoons of citric acid powder. Alternatively, you can also use fresh lemon juice (diluted, of course).

It is best to use a soft cotton cloth to dry the shower tray or swirler.

After descaling, you can clean the black discoloration with Hagerty Silver Cleaner (also suitable for bronze), which will restore the swirl chambers to their original beauty.

Black silver has the property of taking on dark to black discoloration—when this black discoloration combines with lime, it can become fixed to the alloy.
