SHIPPING INFORMATION
The delivery time depends on the product and ranges from 1 to 5 business days to about two weeks. Many items are only made after we receive your order. Please feel free to ask us in advance about the expected delivery date; we will tell you the status of your item. Where a delivery time is stated on the product page, that information applies.
We ship Monday through Saturday with DHL parcel service or as a Deutsche Post Maxibrief (large letter), and to other European countries via UPS. Delivery may be delayed by one business day if a Sunday or public holiday falls between order and delivery.
Standard deliveries:
- €5.00 flat shipping rate within Germany; free shipping on orders of €300 or more
- €10.00 flat shipping rate within Europe, for example Austria, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Norway
- €19.95 flat shipping rate to Switzerland
- Worldwide, including the USA, Canada, the United Kingdom, Türkiye and Cyprus: €37.00 for an order value of up to €69.99. From an order value of €70.00, we deliver at the usual flat rate of €19.95.
- Express: on request / by phone or email
Note on the glass bottles: We ship the UnioMystica glass bottles exclusively within Europe. Shipping overseas, to the Arab region and to other countries outside Europe is not possible, because glass breaks on long transport routes. The UnioMystica 42 water in the 50 ml spray bottle and the 300 ml refill bottle, on the other hand, are delivered worldwide.
PLEASE NOTE: For deliveries abroad with a goods value of €1,000.00 or more, additional country-specific customs duties apply.
If a freight forwarder is required (for very large or heavy goods), the freight forwarding fee may be charged.
In individual cases, we reserve the right, for reasons of creditworthiness, to deliver the goods only after a down payment / payment has been made. If necessary, we will coordinate this with you after receiving the order. This may extend the delivery time.
