We at AQUADEA can give you a 2-year warranty on our product. With
galvanized resonance plates such as silver, gold, ruthenium, platinum, palladium, and
rhodium, there is always the possibility that the metal coating will be damaged after prolonged use and the base plate of bronze or titanium will become visible. This does not affect the energetic effect. If there is a manufacturing defect, we can identify this and offer a replacement within the warranty period. However, if the product has not been cared for properly, you should expect that you will not receive a refund in the event of damage. Nevertheless, please contact us immediately in the event of self-inflicted damage so that we can quickly find a mutual solution. To prevent this from happening in the first place, please read the individual care steps here so that you can maintain the quality of the products as far as possible, as signs of wear, such as slight scratches, are completely normal.

Care step by step

Step 1: Descaling with citric acid

As a basis for any cleaning, you should first remove limescale from the product. Depending on the limescale content in different regions, you will need to carry out this process at varying intervals, which is why we cannot give a general recommendation here. However, you should check every few weeks to see if it is time again. The more regularly this is done, the easier and quicker the cleaning will be.

First, unscrew your Trinity or ToneOne and any combinations
or unscrew the shower plate from the bell. Take a
glass bowl, fill it with warm water to a height of about 5 cm (approx. 200-400 ml),
add a teaspoon of pure citric acid (e.g., HEITMANN) and stir briefly. Leave the items in the water for 5-15 minutes, depending on how dirty they are. Then rinse with clean water.

Important! Do not use acetic acid, vinegar essences, vinegar-based products, or other cleaning agents, as these will attack or even destroy the metals and crystals.

Please note: Products containing limestone such as larimar, lapis lazuli, and azurite-malachite will dissolve in citric acid. If you only place the resonance plate of a shower in water with citric acid, you can still clean the plate. Make sure you only fill the bowl with 1 cm of water so that the resonance plate is in contact with the water, but not the limestone.

Tip! To prevent limescale deposits caused by standing water, we recommend drying the shower head once a day or the shower tray after showering with a
preferably dust-free, clean, and soft cotton cloth. To remove the water from the shower hose with a single click, we also offer a Nito connector in our shop.

Note for bronze products: Pure bronze products and bronze products with damaged electroplating may develop green oxidation, which is very similar in appearance to verdigris. However, verdigris only forms through contact with vinegar.

Step 2: Cleaning with Hagerty Silver & Multimetal foam

Metals can oxidize, which can lead to further contamination in addition to limescale. Hagerty's Silver & Multimetal Foam is the perfect solution for this. Using the sponge provided, the foam can be gently dabbed on until it foams. Leave it to work until it has dried, then rinse off the foam under running water with the sponge. This foam is suitable for all metals and is usually sufficient for regular care.

Step 3: Cleaning with metal-specific cleaning agents

Insufficient care or, in some cases, regional water quality may result in heavier soiling, which then requires more intensive care.

For silver and metals such as ruthenium, platinum, palladium, and rhodium, we recommend Hagerty Silver Polish. You can carefully dab on the polish with a cotton swab or cotton pad. Leave it on until it dries. Wash off the polish under running water with a very soft sponge or cloth.

For gold, which may develop brownish spots under certain circumstances, Hagerty offers its Gold Clean product. To use it, first place the item in the
liquid, if its size allows.
can then be cleaned again on the oxidized areas using a soft cloth that has been dipped in the liquid, using circular movements. If you are cleaning a shower tray, you can skip the first step and polish the tray directly with the soaked cloth.

For bronze, which is particularly susceptible to damage, Hagerty also offers Copper, Brass & Bronze Polish. Bronze is robust, which means that you can apply a little more pressure than with galvanized products. Apply the polish, leave it to work until it has dried, and then rinse it off with a soft sponge under running water.

The water filter devices have the same performance because they use the same filter cartridge

The difference lies primarily in the design. The Okato Nature water filter has a wooden head and base, is more solid, has a longer, thicker spout, and a wider base.

The Okato Style water filter has a plastic head and a narrower base. The spout is thinner and shorter. It is smaller and lighter overall, which is advantageous for traveling or for use in motorhomes or small kitchens.

The Okato Nature water filter, on the other hand, is well suited for use with multi-level swirlers or kitchen sinks with very wide rims.

Yes, Aquadea water filters also remove medication residues.
The filter performance here is between 82% and 98%.

Always let the water run until it is cool (same temperature as directly from the tap); depending on the type of filter, this can be up to 10 liters. If you are away for 3-4 weeks or longer, the cartridges can be stored in the refrigerator. This means: for under-sink models, shut off the water supply, remove the cartridges, unscrew them, wrap them airtight in cling film and place them in the refrigerator. The cartridges can be stored here for up to four months and then reused. The filter change is then extended by the storage time.

In der Regel benötigt diese Lösung ein 1/2“ Zoll Innengewinde an Ihrem Schlauch.

Dieser Griff ist verchromt.

Testzeit endet beim Wasserwirbler nach 10 Tagen ab Erhalt der Ware.
Testzeit endet bei Auftischfilter nach 14 Tagen ab Erhalt der Ware.

Immer wieder führt der Leitwert zu Verwirrung und Missverständnissen.
Das Leitwertmessgerät ist im Prinzip "die Qualitätskontrolle" für eine Osmose Anlage, die Sie ja nicht haben.

Wie,der Name schon sagt wird die Leitfähigkeit des Wasser über die Einheit Mikrosiemens gemessen - diese hängt vom Mineralgehalt (Mineralien leiten Elektrizität - neben anderen hauptsächlich Calcium und Magnesium) des
Wassers ab.

Da Osmose nahezu alles(soweit man das weiß) aus dem
Wasser herausholt, sind eben auch keine Mineralien mehr enthalten, und somit ist der Leitwert zwischen 5 und 20 Mikrosiemens, je nach Membranfeinheit.
 
Aktivkohlefilterung nimmt die Mineralien nicht aus dem Wasser.

Zwar wird die Struktur etwas verändert, sodass sich Kalk nicht mehr so nachhaltig an Armaturen ansetzt, aber grundsätzlich werden eben Salze nicht herausgefiltert, sondern nur Stoffe, wie z.B. Pestizide, Weichmacher (Bisphenole), Schwermetalle, Aluminium, Blei, Medikamentenrückstände, Hormone, Schwebe-und Geschmacksstoffe, Chlor (Siehe Auflistung auf der Weltnetzseite).

Das sind Stoffe (wenn auch nur in Spuren vorhanden), die unseren Körper, unsere Leber unser Gehirn belasten sich oft auch im Körper anreichern.

 Aus diesem Grunde gibt es auch keinen Leitwertunterschied zwischen aktivkohle-gefiltertem Wasser und ihrem Leitungswasser.
Die Höhe des Leitwertes trifft somit keine Aussage über die Qualität des Wassers. Hier noch mehr Infos zum Leitwert (ppm, microsiemens).
