2-stage composite carbon block filter cartridges with silver (prevents bacterial growth in the filter)
As a special feature, the AQUALEN® activated carbon blocks offer, in addition to the usual pre-filtration through a filter fleece, 2 filter stages within a single activated carbon block. This staged filtration increases the service life; it is specially designed for water temperatures up to approx. 85 °C - normal shower temperature: approx. 37 °C to 42 °C:

Installing the activated carbon block shower filter

To the best of our knowledge, there is no other shower filter that achieves such a high degree of water purification, especially for warm or hot water. Most shower filters on the market are only 1/10 the size of the Aquadea shower filter.
