Eau 21 is made in our workshop at Schloss Sulzemoos in Bavaria. Pure water swirls through the twenty-one stages and sixty-three crystal chambers of the Unio Mystica 21, the instrument we call the “Dance of the Soul”.
In every chamber the water sweeps through the calm centre of its vortex and touches pure crystal there. Diamonds in the final chambers give it a clarity that many describe as brightness and lightness.
The result is a water with a joyful, uplifting character. We bottle it by hand in dark glass with a golden spray head, with nothing added.
