The countertop filter "Okato® Style" - compact basic protection
You can find an installation video here.
There are only a few waterworks in Germany that can retain microparticles from tap water using nano-filtration.
Even if your waterworks provides this above-average filter quality, the tap water travels several kilometers through pipes covered with deposits after it leaves the waterworks.
These particles, which are harmful to the human body, arrive at your home at the final collection point.
Only filtering the tap water at your faucet can give you the assurance that the water you use for drinking and cooking is free of pollutants and germs and therefore healthy for you.
- The Okato® Style offers comprehensive basic protection against harmful substances and germs.
- The Okato® Style can be connected to the tap in just a few minutes.
- There is no need to tamper with the water pipe.
For areas with particularly heavily polluted water, we offer even stronger filter performance with our Okato "Duo" and "Trio" variants.
The powerful interior of the Aquadea-Q1 filter cartridge
The Aquadea®-Q1 filter cartridge is used in the Okato®Style. Regular testing by the Ehrlich Institute guarantees the high filter quality.
The filter cartridge consists of a 0.8 µm carbon block (high-density activated carbon) in combination with an ethylene microfiber membrane.
The interaction of an activated carbon block with patented Aqualen® fiber and a clinically proven hollow fiber membrane produces the best filter results and guarantees you high drinking water enjoyment.
Highlights of the Okato ® Style:
- Activated carbon block with Aqualen fibers for heavy metal retention: 0.8μ
- Germ barrier made of Japanese hollow fiber membrane: 0.1μ
- Practical & hygienic quick-change filter cartridge with germ barrier
- Slim design model with a sophisticated look: Combines plastic, stainless steel and wood
- Wood selection for the "filter base": maple, oak, apple, walnut
- High flow rate - up to 5 liters / minute for pollutant- and germ-free, tasty drinking water
- M22x1 external thread - for connecting a drinking water swirler (recommended)
- NFS and TÜV tested. Information upon request.
- Can be easily screwed onto your faucet without tools (suitable adapter can be supplied)
- Incl. wooden skewer to help remove the filter cartridge

Both water filter units deliver the same performance, as they use the same
filter cartridge.
The difference lies first of all in the design. The Okato Nature water filter has a wooden head and a wooden base, is more solid, has a longer, thicker spout and a wider base.
The Okato Style water filter has a plastic head and a narrower base. Its spout is thinner and shorter. Overall it is smaller and lighter, which is an advantage when traveling, in a motorhome or in small kitchens.
The Okato Nature water filter, on the other hand, is well suited for use with multi-level vortexers or with kitchen sinks that have a very wide rim.
To purify water on a material level, you need a water filter.
Aquadea® water vortexers cleanse the water of all unwanted
information and restore its dynamism and natural form.

Yes, Aquadea water filters also remove medication residues.
The filtration performance here lies between 82% and 98%.
As a general rule, let the water run until it comes out cool (the same temperature as straight from the tap); depending on the type of filter, this can be up to 10 liters. If you are away for 3–4 weeks or longer, the cartridges can be stored in the refrigerator. This means: for under-sink versions, shut off the water supply, remove the cartridges by unscrewing them, wrap them airtight in plastic wrap and place them in the refrigerator. The cartridges can be stored there for up to four months and then used again. The filter change interval is then extended by the storage period.

Yes, our countertop water filters also work at low pressure.
The lower the pressure, the longer it takes for the water to run through the unit.
